Visual Identity, Client brief, 20232 HOT is a program divided into three subprograms: CRITICALLY HOT, HOT BODIES, and HOT TOPICS. CRITICALLY HOT serves as a container for letters written by diverse figures in contemporary dance and choreography, exploring processes of institutionalization and the concept of imaginative institutions. Rather than prescribing a specific approach, the program embraces “aroundness” as a methodology, encouraging reflection through multiple modes—educational, research-based, practice-sharing, and creative processes. HOT BODIES supports, stimulates, and nurtures new generations of artists within the field of choreography and dance. This initiative takes place in several localities, focusing in 2021 on the scene in Bulgaria. HOT TOPICS engages participants in discussions, workshops, and public events, fostering critical dialogue and exploration of current trends and pressing questions in contemporary dance and choreography. The design captures the openness and multiplicity of the program, translating its conceptual depth into a cohesive visual identity.
